Temptation's Reach A bowl of water just beyond my reach, A tantalizing morsel 'pon a plate Which just escapes my grasp- but I can't sate Myself. No matter how they may beseech, Those dishes never shall I touch; my fear Forever holds me back. For once devour'd, Once drunk, will food and drink be sweet or sour? Force of Nature The greatest torture possible devised Would be to watch the filt'ring of each grain Of Sand within a glass; for supervised, Each second passed would scrape me raw with pain. Time flows not smoothly when I'm not with you- A minute seems an hour, an hour a day. But when I am, time seems a River true Whose constant current washes me away. Pencils and pens? I'm not proficient with any art programs on the computer. Heck, I'm not proficient with ANY (pencils, markers, crayons, etc) art tools, since I'm a noob.

Hi there, I figure that I'm writing to Cory, since she's probably going to be the only person who chooses to "watch" me.  But hey, that's all right.  I just want to explain my profile name really quickly.  It's Elvish (Sindarin dialect), pronounced "tay-EETH-reel," and means artist/writer/calligrapher.  Yes, I am a pitiful, pitiful Tolkien nerd.  Despite the name, I don't consider myself an artist of any sort, but maybe I can learn...at least, I hope that I can learn!  XD At first, I opened this account just to look at lots of pretty pictures, but now I'm going to start submitting pieces of my own!  I'm uber-excited!  I know they're crap, b
